The Best Simple Style Tips for Any Type of Dress

Most of us want to look our best when we step out, whether it's for business or pleasure and while that doesn't always mean dressing to the nines, it does usually mean making sure we give ourselves a quick once-over in the mirror and tidy up before we head out. Let's put a list of those simple tricks and helpful reminders together so we all look our best. Here's how to format your submission:

1.-See a picture or video: Of course, the best tips are the ones that are easy to follow, or easy to duplicate, and nothing helps more than a video or photo from good style.

2.-Clean your shoes - yes, even (ESPECIALLY!) your sneakers!
A grubby shoe can ruin every outfit. Not everybody can afford new shoes all the time but you sure can make sure that yours at least look clean and people will judge you for wearing disgusting shoes if you don't. Cleaning methods may vary from material to material but even just brushing crusted mud off your outdoor shoes makes a difference.

3.-For those of us who consider eyeglasses part of our normal dressing routine when going out, give them a good wipe-down before heading out the door. It can ruin an otherwise perfectly put together outfit if you start off with spotty, smudgy glasses.

4.-For women: Invest in a knee length pencil skirt
Also, despite being dowdy (and that mostly depends on the cut/fit/etc), they're incredibly versitle. Throw on a cardigan or button up+jacket and you've got business attire, sweater (or whatever you'd like) and some high heels and it's date night...and it's conservatism makes it appropriate for all sorts of life events.

5.-Invest in a good peacoat, male or female this is really should be your go to jacket. Style it up with a brightly colored scarf, and it goes with basically every outfit, and if you spend enough time looking you can find a decently made one for an affordable price.

6.-As a general rule, match your socks with your trousers and your belt with your shoes.

Dress your age, and also, wear makeup for your age. If you're young, applying a ton of makeup does NOT make you more beautiful, it makes you look older and tired. Same goes for clothes. You might want to "dress for the job you want", like they say, but adjusted to your age.
